As they practised each step, they developed patience, concentration and the confidence to try the task independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activity strengthened their <strong>fine motor skills, hand\u2013eye coordination and finger dexterity<\/strong>. It also gave the children an opportunity to express their creativity by experimenting with different patterns and styles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most heart-warming aspects of the session was seeing the children help and encourage one another.
