Dough Chapathi-Making Creative Activity at SIPS
Our little learners at SIPS participated enthusiastically in a fun-filled Dough Chapathi-Making Creative Activity, which introduced them to an everyday life skill through playful, hands-on learning.
The children enjoyed touching, kneading and shaping the soft dough before carefully rolling it into round chapathis. They observed how the dough changed as they pressed and rolled it, making the activity an interesting sensory experience.
The activity helped strengthen their fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination and finger muscles. It also encouraged concentration, patience, creativity and independence as the children worked to create their own chapathi shapes.
The young participants were excited and proud to display their creations. The activity also helped them appreciate the effort involved in preparing food and introduced them to the importance of cleanliness and care while handling ingredients.
At SIPS, such practical and creative experiences make learning enjoyable, meaningful and memorable for every child.
