The auspicious festival of Gowri Ganesha was celebrated at SIPS with great devotion, joy and festive spirit. The celebration offered our students an opportunity to experience the beauty of Indian traditions while understanding the values and cultural significance associated with the festival.

The programme began with prayers seeking the blessings of Goddess Gowri, the embodiment of strength, prosperity and motherly grace, and Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the symbol of wisdom and new beginnings. The beautifully decorated festive setting created a serene and devotional atmosphere across the campus.

Students participated enthusiastically in the celebration and learned about the customs connected with Gowri Ganesha Habba. The occasion helped them understand the importance of faith, gratitude, family bonds and respect for nature. Their cheerful involvement added warmth and colour to the programme.

The celebration also highlighted the importance of observing festivals responsibly and protecting our environment. Students were encouraged to appreciate eco-friendly practices and understand that devotion and celebration can go hand in hand with care for nature.
