Guru Purnima Celebration at SIPS
On 29th July 2026, SIPS celebrated Guru Purnima, a day dedicated to expressing gratitude and respect towards the teachers and mentors who guide us through the journey of learning and life.
The celebration offered our students an opportunity to understand the special place a Guru holds in our lives. Beyond imparting lessons from books, a teacher inspires curiosity, builds confidence, nurtures values and quietly shapes the person a child grows to become.
Through the programme, students reflected on the importance of respecting those who share their knowledge, experience and wisdom with us. The occasion was filled with a sense of gratitude as children expressed their affection and appreciation for their teachers in their own heartfelt ways.
Guru Purnima also served as a beautiful reminder that learning is not limited to classrooms or textbooks. Every word of encouragement, every patient explanation and every guiding hand contributes to a child’s growth and becomes a part of the memories they carry forward.
At SIPS, we cherish the bond between teachers and students and recognise the invaluable role educators play in nurturing young minds with knowledge, compassion and values.
On this meaningful occasion, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our teachers and mentors who continue to educate, enlighten and inspire.
