Good Manners Activity at SIPS
Students at SIPS participated in an engaging Good Manners Activity, designed to help them understand the importance of kindness, courtesy and respectful behaviour in their daily lives.
Through simple examples, conversations and role-play, the children learned to use polite expressions such as “please,” “thank you,” “sorry” and “excuse me.” They were also encouraged to greet others warmly, listen without interrupting, share with friends, wait for their turn and offer help whenever needed.
The activity helped students recognise that good manners are not merely words but thoughtful actions that show care and respect for others. They understood how small acts of kindness can create a happy and welcoming environment at school, at home and in the community.
The children participated enthusiastically by demonstrating good habits in different everyday situations. The session strengthened their communication skills, social awareness, self-discipline and confidence.
At SIPS, we believe that good values are an essential part of education. By practising courtesy and kindness from an early age, children grow into respectful, responsible and compassionate individuals.
